The question that I'm seeing a lot in different forums is "Is Body Beast for women too?" I have several ladies on my team that I completed Body Beast and have gotten amazing results.
What is your opinion? Have you completed the program? Any tips I can pass on?

Dustinsteven22- These women that you had on your team- that got amazing results. Did they have any significant amount of weight to lose?? I am curious. Thanks, Leslie0

Some of the woman needed to lose 20 lbs or so, but they actually did a cardio based program like T25 or Insanity before. It seems that many woman that have plateaued in their fitness, need to add a strength training component. That totally changed their results! Are you thinking about doing the program?0
