Exercises for a broken foot?

I have a broken foot and am currently in a walking cast but only allowed to put 20% of my weight on the broken foot. I want to know what exercises would be appropriate in this condition? Both cardio and strength training. I have a recumbent bike at home. Would it be over exerting my broken foot to use that?

Alright reality check. You have a broken foot and you're asking advice from people who know nothing about your condition.
What you need to do is talk to your surgeon or physical therapist and see what they recommend. Please whatever you do don't take any advice from anybody on this website cuz they have no idea what they're talking about and you can do some serious damage to your foot following their advicefollowing their advice0
