hey im new to this diet and wud love some feedback... im 5ft and weigh 10st 5lbs.. mfp suggests I eat 1200 calories a day... I want to know if when I walk every day for around 90 minutes..and burn 300/400 calories,.. do I need to eat the calories ive burned.. plz help!! :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:

Yes, you should eat those back - 1200 is the minimum amount you should eat and eating under that is dangerous so even if you eat the 1200 but burn 400 through exercise then your body is only getting 800, which is not enough and can actually cause you to hang onto fat because your body thinks you're starving.0

oh that's great.. that makes sense to me now.. I was a bit baffled.. but thank u so much..do I need to eat the full 400 or can I be a few out.. iv just weighed myself for the first time and iv lost 3lbs after one week!!0
