I started polefitness (that's wat we call it in Holland) in januari and i got my x pole in april but i can't use it, it's so slippery in comarison to the pole we have in class!
I use liquit magnesium but it stays slippery. The pole in class has a powdercoating, I did some pretty cool poses and moves there but at home I have trouble with the most basic spins. I think it's because I lack strengt in my hands. I was planing to start back from scratch so I can build some strengt in my hands. Are there any other options?!
