Replacing bad habits with good ones - what are yours?

I read this somewhere "Motivation gets you started, habit keeps you going".

I'm motivated at the moment, so I want to try and build some habits. My plan is to replace a couple of bad habits with a good ones until Christmas and see how I get on.

I was wondering what habits other people have replaced. Here are my planned ones:

Bad Habit: eating junk from work canteen for lunch
Good Habit: bring fresh food for lunch (to make it easy these don't have to be perfect lunches, sandwiches are fine - but they need to be fresh and home made).
How to do it: Plan a weekly menu for lunch. Stop bringing money to work so I can't be tempted.

Bad Habit: snacking at night on things in the kitchen.
Good Habit: have a small ice cream after dinner - get used to that being the signal to my brain that food is now finished.
How to fix it: keep myself busy after dinner, go to bed earlier.
