I figured nothing is more motivating then a challenge. I am starting my fitness pal today. Who else is up for a challenge. Let's start with a 3 month challenge. That gives a little more then past the new year for holiday mistakes. Let's challenge each other for who loses the most weight... In 3 months. You have 90 days. In order to start you have to submitt a picture of the scale to see what number you are at. Each month you will take an updated picture of the number on the scale. After 3 months person who lost the most wins!
