Ready to lose 150 pounds!

I'm new to this and I've never tried dieting and I'm not going to start now. I want to eat clean and healthy, make exercising a routine, and basically start a new lifestyle. I live a very sedentary life, so I will be starting slow, but I'm ready. Anyone who needs a weight loss buddy, feel free to message me!

    You're on the right path. Eat less, move more. Starting slowly is smart. Push yourself at every opportunity though. When I started using an elliptical, I could barely do a 1/2 mile in 10 minutes. Now I can run over 6 miles in under 35 minutes. I can also play racquetball for over an hour and do over 250 flights on a StairMaster.

    I just started too. I need to learn to eat right - not just lose some weight. I think I've dieted so many times I've lost and gained several people.
