    Keep your head up. There's lots of people willing to offer support and advice here. My best advice is to find people similar to where you are in your journey. Don't compare your chapter 2 to someone else's chapter 20. I say that because there are some people who are strictly focused on eating at a calorie deficit, and others that workout more and are trying to eat healthier, rather than just less. Still others hit the gym or exercise multiple times a day, compared to others who are still trying to walk more, or make their steps on a pedometer. You're welcome to add me.
