Help creating a strength training workout!!

Hi, I am Olivia and I am 5'7 and weigh about 151lbs. I am in my 4th week on T25 and I love how it makes me feel, however I want to add some extra strength training exercises to boost my results. I have never been strong, especially in my upper body. I want to try and do strength training Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. I do Intensity Kickboxing on Tuesday and Thursdays. I just am not sure how to mix up the days or what workouts I should be doing. If anyone can help set me in the right direction, I would highly appreciate it thank you (:

If you have questions about how to "create" a strength training workout, your best bet is not to try to. Use an established program created by experts, such as Starting Strength, Stronglifts, or New Rules of Lifting for Women. You may have to drop some (but not all!) of the cardio you're doing due to the increased emphasis on rest when following strength training programs.

Beta round will start adding weights into some of the workouts. They add upper body and Ript circuit which both have weights. I love Beta. I saw a lot more change on Beta.

I have one week left and then I am going to do Chalene Extreme which is more weight related.
