One pound at a time

I've been going at this for sometime now. And I'm tired starting over and over. This app helps a lot. I've gained 60lbs over a couple years. I've lost myself with fast food and drinking beer night after night. My aim is 145-150lbs by the end of the year. I've currently burned 10lbs since I've started three weeks ago. I started at 200lbs even. This app honestly keeps me in track of my calories. I hit the gym six days a week for cardio. I burn at least 1000-1200 cals a day. I consume no more than 1000 cals a day. I quit soda beverages and eating fast food. I honestly believe the gym is only 10% of the effort and 90% is the food I eat. I can see major differences too. I would just about do anything for a flatter belly and get rid of my man tits. Lol the thirst is real. I've started taking supplements. I honestly recommend Shredz. I take there fat burner supplement. I'm honestly open to any ideas that might have worked for you guys! Please feel free to suggest any ideas.

You're consuming no more than 1000 calories a day? That WILL result in rapid weight loss, but can also cause long term health issues if you continue. Losing weight a bit slower is more sustainable and better for your health.0

"One pound at a time" is a good approach. Don't be a flash in the pan, and burn out fast. Slow it down. Learn to eat healthy and manage your weight from official sources such as
