How much do I eat?!

I'm struggling a bit, all the info out there is so conflicting. Long story short, I've been recovering from anorexia for 14 months. I'm now a healthy weight, etc. I just don't know how much to eat! I try and be balanced and listen to my body, but recently my appetite has been AWOL so that's not exactly working.
I'm pretty active now, gym/fitness classes 5-6/week, but I have no idea how much I "should" be eating. I don't know my exact weight and calorie counting is not really an option. I want to keep my fitness and continue to tone up, but I want t be healthy about it all and don't wan to screw up my metabolism again!
Any advice??

It might help you to speak with a registered dietician who has experience with people recovering from anorexia. She can help you with a food plan so that there is no need to count calories and she can weigh you every so often (without you looking if it's triggering) to make sure you are on track with the amount you eat and nutritional needs.
Congratulations on your recovery!0
