struggling with balancing

I work two jobs, and go to college full time...In between I am trying to focus on my sobriety and my recovery from a eating disorder. I noticed I have a very unhealthy relationship with food.. Going through extreme binge and purge episodes... It is not as frequent as it once was but it's because I really have been wanting to get healthy. I recently have been trying to focus on eating "clean" and I bought the insanity workout...but I lack the motivation and procrastinate with starting the dvds!! Any suggestions in what I can do that can hopefully stimulate me to stay positive and motivated?
