Anyone interested in Jillian Micheal's 30 Day Shred?

I bought the DVD at wal-mart for about $10, but I've found that you can watch it for free on YouTube. From what I've heard, it's a pretty tough workout but definitely worth it! If anyone is interested in starting a motivation & support group for the 30 Day Shred, please let me know

Me too. I have it and used it a lot the last time I was on MFP - lost 25 lbs. Gained 10 back so here I go again….

I got a used copy and started yesterday . Can someone give me an outline? Do you do level 1 for a period of time (a week) and then go to level 2, or is it set up as "days" where you just keep moving forward each time?

10 days each level -- but it's honestly up to you when you want to progress.
i did the "traditional" way when i first did it & it worked well. i've also done it where i started on level two & alternated levels after a few days. i don't think it really matters as long as you do it.

This is my second go round with the 30day shred and I am on day 8 of Level 2. It is absolutely killer, but if you stick with it you will see amazing results! I have already lost 2.5" off my waist alone!

I have been working out during the week and taking the weekends off. Doing each level over the course of 2 weeks so it will take me 6 weeks instead of the 30 days. The recommended way is to do level 1 for 10 days, level 2 for 10 days and level 3 for 10 days. I have found that moves I couldn't do on day 1, I can get through by the end. I have become so much stronger as well as fitter.

    Good luck!

I'm on level one, day six! It took a few days to be able to make it all the way through without sitting down but now I can get through it with a few pauses!

Am I the only one who mutes the video? :)

I did it about a year ago and had great results. I think it's about time I do it again. Count me in!
