Hi All,
I've been using the my fitness pal app for a while now and thought it was about time to introduced my self.
I'm Adam 28 and 6ft 1in and I'm in need to loose weight and get in shape.
When I seriously started to work on loosing weight at the end of April of this year I was115kg (18 stone)! Now just over a 6 weeks later I weigh 106.5kg (16 stone 7 pounds), and over never felt so good!
I still have a fair bit to go as I really what to get down to 101kg (15 stone)!
Oh I should also say my motavation is, my best friend if getting married in the Barbados at the end of 2014 and I refuse to go there in the shape I was in!
At first the weight almost fell off with just eating well the 1600 calories per day and exercising 3 times a week! But over the last 2 weeks I seam to have levelled out so I now need to up the exercise.
If anyone has any tip or advise please feel free to let me know.
Also feel free to send friends requests as I'm sure I could do with the motavation.
