USDA Supertracker, how many of these nutrients should I worry about?

Out of curiosity I put a few days of meals into the udsa supertracker and these were the things it said I was over or under:

Under
Fiber (20/25g)
Linoleic Acid(6/12g)
alpha-Linoleic Acid(0.9/1.1g)
Calcium(499/1000g)
Potassium(2189/4700g)
Copper(842/900micrograms)
Magnesium(204/310mg)
Vitamin C(40/75mg)
Vitamin D(5/15micrograms)
Vitamin E(6/15mg AT)
Vitamin K(54/90micrograms)
Choline(306/425mg)

Over
Saturated Fat(11/10% calories)
Cholesterol(347/300mg)

Which of these is significant? Some of them are close to the mark others are further, but I really don't know how to interpret these (also I couldn't find an entry equivalent to my 15% wholemeal bread so I just used homemade white bread so I might have slightly more fiber).

Edit: also I take a cod liver oil supplement that I didn't include in that (although I forget to actually take it one out of two days...)
