    I'm glad that I started out with reliable information from http://www.choosemyplate.gov/weight-management-calories.html. There is so much mis-information out there; gimmicks, products, and unhealthy weight-loss methodology. Well-meaning people will give you all sorts of advice. I question any plan that is bottom line, or profit based.
