I leave for vacation in just over a week and just like anyone else, I don't want to come back and see the scale to have gone up. I'm on the Ideal Protein diet and know that I can pack their foods but what of their foods should I pack? Any help would be awesome!

I pack apples, grapes, carrots, peanuts (portioned out into baggies!), clif bars, chips. I was thinking about air popping some popcorn at home to take on trips- I bet that would be great! Lots of water too.
I try to have something sweet, salty, and crunchy- no excuses to stop and get junky food!0 -
If you are looking for easy protein snacks I suggest beef jerky (low inf fat) and also Ostrim Sticks. They have them at my local grocery store, but they can also be found online. They are high in protein and low in fat also!0
