A bit of back story. I had a large abdominal hernia repaired in April. 3 months or so after that the hernia reoccurred. After that I started lifting....and i'm loving it. I now have to get the hernia repaired again, too dangerous to leave as is. Will it be safe to go back to lifting once my 8 week lift restrictions are over? I will ask my surgeon as well, but i'm just wondering if there's anyone else on here that has had a hernia repaired and have been able to lift successfully afterwards (without the hernia reoccurring).
I'm really loving the lifting, and how good it's making me feel overall, and would hate to have to give it up.
