Been here a while...any tips or motivation?

Hi all,
I want to look like this:
Does anyone have any hints for me?
I am eating 1330 cals (+ if required.) P30/C45/F25.
4'11", currently 115-120, want to get to 95-105lb.
Exercise looks a lot now I have written it down, but I am not really progressing. Mostly because I have done 1 week on, 2 weeks off (binging) for a little while. If I stick to it I do notice results. I am trying at the moment not to push myself to the point of injury as I am inclined to do and have taken an extra rest day this week due to calf and shin pain (mostly muscle soreness)
At the moment I just look fat and squodgy. I know 'squodgy' isn't a word but it feels right.
If anyone has any comments I would be happy to hear them!

- I am doing New Rules of Lifting 3 x week, followed by treadmill intervals,
- and 'I can make you fit fast' (progressive 12 week programme - cardio, light resistance) 2 x week,
- and Kung Fu class 1 x week.
- I also run outside on the road at the weekends if I am so inclined (about 3km) (supposed to be training for a 5k)

I'm no trainer (I could use your help more) but with your rules seems like you are the right track. Just will take time and daily devotion. What's up with the year of moons?0

you look great and like the guy above me said it sounds like you're on the right track. Just keep doing what you're doing and you'll get down to where you want to be.0

Just some stuff I was standing next to that I wanted to cover up and the program I used only had moons! Wow, it is 12 moons I didn't know!

You're right by the way, I am really trying not to be someone who works out for a week and then eats pies and complains they are not making progress.
I just need to keep at it! I hope to achieve my goal by August next year, and that means stop sabotaging myself!0 -
