I had 2 moles on my right tight by the ellipse excision method. The stitches will be removed in 10 days and the doctor told me that I shouldn't do any exercise in 7 days as the sweat might irritate the skin and worse it might stretch or break the suture.
I'm used to going to the gym everyday and I think 7 days is a bit too long! Is there any upper body exercise that I can do without causing pressure on the tight?

If the doctor has advised no exercise for 7 days, then that's what you should do. They will have said it for a reason. If you do too much you will do yourself more damage.

Video game marathoning
Couch potato impersonation0 -
