1 Month in: Progress Report

So far, so good.

Officially hit my 'goal' of being below 130 4 weeks ago. Since then I dropped a little further and so upped my calories a tad bit more. Now aiming for 1900-2000/day and staying active. That's my main detail: I don't want to go back to where I was before meaning being a couch potato! Pretty consistently staying between 127-130 even with TOM gain. So I'm happy with that!

I'm mostly still weighing all food, but do allow myself to estimate here and there.

I'm 5' 5.5", 40 years old. Nice to know I can pull on a pair of size 6 jeans without fear. Working on my running program - and will be doing a 1/2 marathon in February. I 'need' goals to work on, and always wanted weight loss to be a byproduct of becoming more active in life.
