Hi everyone, my name is Zeo.
I'm 24 years old and currently weigh in at 29 st 14 lbs, I'm extremely overweight. I have been on my current diet and exercise plan since August and started out at 32 st 5 lbs.
My Doctor says my weight loss is going well but I'm still unsure if what I'm eating, exactly what I'm eating, and the amount of exercise... is not only good enough, but good enough AND healthy. I'm also scared my body will get used to my current activity and calorie intake.. and thus my weight loss will die.
If anyone could offer some tips/advice if I post my daily/weekly diet plan and exercise plan, I'd really appreciate that!
*note* I have made my first diet/exercise entry on the site today.
Anyways, happy to be here, first time I've openly spoke about anything to do with myself, my goals, weight, etc...
