Female lifter, 25, balanced diet - looking for friends :)

Hey! I'm Georgi, I'm 25 and been gym'ing it for about 2 years but been lifting for past 6 months or so and I love it! I have a program set up by a personal trainer at my gym and so far I'm so happy with it.

I'm on here for nutritional information, recipes ideas, fitness and exercise tips but mostly friends and support!

My diet or lifting routine isn't perfect as I am a human and some days my laziness takes over and I just need some chocolate or ice cream or both. But I do try to eat a good healthy, balanced diet of good protein sources, lots of fruit and vegetables as well as the dreaded fats too. It's taken me a while to get to a good relationship with food, but I'm there!

No food is the devil, I don't believe in cutting out food types or going cold turkey.

I don't want to be skinny, I want to have good, strong, nice curves!
