Hi all.
I worked out my rest day TDEE is 1346 (-20% under TDEE) but my workout day is 2019 calories. Do I log on the workout days? Do I make sure to log the exercise I do? Do I eat all the calories back. Do I have to definitely eat 2019 calories on those days? In the Summary it says 1682 calories. I'm guessing I eat this much each day? But I'm pretty sure that would cause me to gain.
I used this site: http://www.1percentedge.com/ifcalc/

Also, I am 163cm aka 5'4. I weigh 144lb. I am a 22 year old female. If anyone could help it would be much appreciated.0

TDEE should take into account any exercise over the course of a week - so your calorie amount should be the same on exercise days AND non exercise days. Try this: http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/
If you enter your data in this website, it allows out to enter your weekly exercise amounts, then gives you a DAILY (for EVERY day) calorie amount.0 -

If you follow TDEE you should be eating the same amount everyday essentially if you workout 4 days per week it will average those out over 7 days. Not sure how you figured yours. But if you do it right and your TDEE comes out to 2019 you should eat TDEE-20% everyday, so 1615 regardless if you workout or not, otherwise just follow MFP's intake at a 1lb/week weight loss goal.0

Ok so this is how I do it:
my BMR is 1450ish and my actual TDEE is 2100ish... this is without working out.
On days I bartend I am "highly active" and on days I don't bartend I'm still "lightly active-active" so I use my phone app, under goals to change my activity level based on whether I'm working or not.
I always aim for 1500 cals a day so I know I'm steady burning my fats!
I log exercise on top of that.0 -
If I ate 1615, would I still lose weight. Got about 15lb to lose.0

Yes the 1615 should be your goal. But you don't have that much more weight to lose so I suggest you g a bit slower... See how the 1615 are treating you and if you lose more than .5 lb a week you might want to think about eating a bit more. When you got little to lose it's all about doing it slowly0

Ok 1615 I shall change it to right now. I was eating 1200 but that really is not easy at all. Do I still log my exercise, or just not bother?0

If you're doing TDEE but still want to track exercise, just log it as 1 or 2 calories.0 -
