Bulking Recipes?
I never, ever have a hard time eating enough calories. My soon-to-be-husband however, really struggles with it. He's been lifting for four years, but when he doesn't put in the effort to track his food, he generally under-eats. As a result, his lifts suffer, he loses muscle mass, and he gets frustrated.
He will, however, eat whatever breakfast muffin or dessert I make. Since I'm not trying to bulk, I'd like to keep our dinners at reasonable calories, but I'd love some ideas for high protein, high calorie muffins, desserts, breakfast bars, cookies, whatever you got.
TL;DR Any high protein/high calorie dessert or breakfast recipes would be welcome.
