eating smarter

Love MY FITNESS PAL , Been at it for 2 weeks now lost 4 lbs , being 56 its diffinenetly not as easy as it use to be , espeacially being so less active than i once was , at 265 I intend on reaching my goal weight of 235 and with MY FITNESS PAL'S help i intend on staying there . Thanks pal !!

    Welcome and congrats on 4 lbs. I'm 51. This is day 117 and I've lost 66 lbs, from 298 to 232. I'm heading for 208. My exercise is walking, at least 3x a week for 30 minutes. These days, with seasonal weather patterns, I'm learning to pack those walks in early in the week because it can rain for 2-3 days in a row!
