Hey everyone,

So I am looking to get, and stay, back on track with a healthy lifestyle! It's been really on/off for a while now and I am excited about getting consistent with eating right and exercising.

I'm 28, married, busy working mom to an ACTIVE 3-year-old boy, hoping to lose 30 lbs or so, definitely prefer lifting but also enjoy some cardio. I want to crush my bad, lazy habits and start off next year on a great footing! Tired of going it alone on MFP and would love to add some friends. :)
