Dancing in the mirror

Time of the year to dance like nobody is watching, which is like every year.

I don't think there is an exercise better than dancing. Every 30 minutes I challenge you to plug your phone to your speaker and dance to your favorite song.

Dancing relieves all the stress from work and/or school. It helps when you're depressed and want to do nothing more but cry. Dance your pain away. Dance your way into those jeans. Dance to the point where you're, "dancing in the mirror and singing in the shower."
You can't go wrong with the speakers on.

    Great idea. It isn't pretty when I dance, but I do it for my own enjoyment. :D
