Loving my fitbit, really motivates.

I can get frustrated when I don't have time to log dietary intake because I work 12 hour extremely busy shifts shifts. I can't log food prior to the working day because I don't get time to eat it therefore this effects the accuracy of the calorific information. But, my fit bit actually changes the way I think about my busy day from negative to positive when I see how many calories I have burned. :-)
