I have been doing this for a couple of weeks due to my doc telling me that medically I needed to make some lifestyle changes and it has been really fun and really challenging at the same time. I love meeting new people and getting to know what your story is all about! I have two kiddos 1 and 4 and my husband and I have been married for 8 years. We are from Minnesota but moved to California to see what we think. We love it! Its much easier for me to get all into this weight loss deal with the sun shining every day.
