Serial Dieter

Hi, I'm new to fitness pal and I think it is my last hope! I am a serial dieter and loser and then regain all the weight. In the past I've successfully used VLCD' s but cant face them any more and I always go back to eating to much after and so regain the weight.
So this time, I know It will take a lot longer but I'm doing 1200Cals and hoping to goodnedd that I will lose 2 pounds every week!. I did the old weight watchers many years ago and lost 2.5 pounds consistently every week.
Im using the hundreds of exante bars as low cal breakfasts and snacks.
I can actually reccommend Exante, I just can't face the hunger again. But it does work! Plus I miss my cups of tea!!
Can I hear dome success stories? I need confidence that this will work please!
