I was wondering the same thing. Maybe they thought flagging meant having the ability to find the post again. Or someone is bored. And mean. Bored and MEAN!

Is cuz the OP didn't have enough protein. 15 wings was just a very small amount.0 -

Made right here in Chicago papa!
This changes things.....Lite beer to me is coors lite, miller lite, etc...0 -
Sissy I'm a girl and 20 is the minimum for a "good wing night" in my circle. And I ain't dead, yet... (Note: this is obviously in playful jest--OP, you gonna be OKAY. Enjoy it, log it, move on).
Now, if you meant you ate 15 CHICKENS last night, well, I can guess you wished you were dead0 -

They are white meat which is less fattening than dark meat, and there is very little meat on a wing to begin with. The only really fattening part would be the skin which is usually not removed from wings. Either way, there is really no point in worrying about it now since you already ate them!
Wings are the same as legs - dark meat because they are active muscle tissue.

your body uses what nutrients it needs, stores what it can in the form of fat and the rest gets ejected from your colon. This applies to chicken wings and any other food you eat.0

No, but you are going to get your *$$ kicked for not sharing with me! I thought we were better than that! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯0

Yeah, that could be it, too. Still mean. Mean, I say!

BEERRUNNER wrote: »I was rocking the pale ales. Pale beer is lite beer no? No dark beer for me. Good thing is the ABV was pretty high 6.5% alcohol. And alcohol burns fat so its all good.
Alcohol has a thermogenic effect, but that's not the same thing as saying that it burns fat.
Every gram of alcohol you ingest is about 5-7 calories, which is higher than both protein and carbs, which are 4 calories per gram ea.)
Couple that with 9 calories per gram for fat, then wings and beer are probably on the higher end of the spectrum of calorie dense things you can eat.

sounds yummy!0

No such thing as protein overload my friend, look it up. Now the skin on those things and underlying fat, gristle and tendons will probably shoot up way past your daily allowable fat content for the day but hey, it was probably well worth it until the next morning when you sit on the toilet.0

Yes. Good night sweet sweet kidneys. The protein limit is 14 wings. You overdid it.
Please don't forget to draw up your will and leave everything to your dog.
Also, the fact that you were drinking lite beer, we are currently holding a vote to possibly strip you off your screen name. You don't deserve it.
I vote for stripping. What are you, 20? Lite beer??? Really?!?!
ETA: how does the color of the beer make it magically better than a beer of a slightly darker shade? I think that is beer racism.0 -

its all good I had a glass of lemon water before I went to bed.0 -
I'd be more concerned about the fat content in a dozen chicken wings, if anything.0
