Question about sodium

Hi there. I've been eating healthy foods all home made and nothing processed for quite some time now but I'm bloated like most of the day and goes a way a bit when I workout. I watch my sodium intake and log it here. I increased my fiber intake though but its been like this before I did that. Is that just bloating or bodyfat? I'm around 14%
