iqf boneless skinless chicken breasts?

from safe way they say per breast 100 grams /100 calories, but when I weigh one frozen it is 199 grams.

If you do this, don't use the package calorie information, as that will undercount calories. Use the unasterisked entry in the database: "chicken-breast, raw, meat only, cooked, roasted" if you roast it. If you cook it some other way, find the appropriate entry for that.
