from safe way they say per breast 100 grams /100 calories, but when I weigh one frozen it is 199 grams.

    Not all chickens grow 100 g breasts.

    Also, as you thaw it, it will lose some water and thus, weigh less thawed.

    This. People often assume the given serving size is one breast, but it's usually not.

    If you do this, don't use the package calorie information, as that will undercount calories. Use the unasterisked entry in the database: "chicken-breast, raw, meat only, cooked, roasted" if you roast it. If you cook it some other way, find the appropriate entry for that.
