Simple - every day carry, what are your MUST carry items? GO

my wallet, cell phone, gum, chap stick, blade (CQC-14), Glock 23- when I'm NOT at work... I work in a building that does not allow firearms.

    Whatever is in my purse if I take it. If just my jacket, then it's a pen and tissues.

    wallet, keys, cell phone... those are the must... but I'm a girl so I carry around tons of extra stuff I don't need :)

    Cell phone and chap stick. My wallet if I'm going shopping and I usually forget (read as can't find) my keys so I just leave a door unlocked :)

    If I'm just running to the store or something quick I just grab my keys phone ID and debit card. That's also all I take if I am going out to a bar. If I take my purse I currently have the rest of my wallet, chapstick, foundation compact, pepper spray, lotion, nail file, lighter, super glue, crayons and a pen.

    I also work in a building that doesn't allow weapons. They don't say anything about the pepper spray though.

    Apparently everyone needs their Chapstick like me. So my lips don't hurt real bad! And my phone and wallet.

    apparently, I don't have any "must have" items because I am constantly leaving without my phone, my driver's license, my purse and anything else that I was supposed to grab whilst walking out the door. So, I usually get to town and I'm like "well I forgot that, so will have to do such and such tomorrow" and "I hope I don't get pulled over" and "hope I don't break down since I forgot my phone"! If the car didn't require keys to start, I'd probably never have them with me either.

    When not at work its generally just my wallet, watch, glock 23 (or ruger lcp, depending), spyderco native, and keys. That's on my person. I usually have access to medical supplies, survival basics, and a rifle.
