Logging calories for traditional chinese soups

Hey guys I'm not sure if this topic has ever come up before but since I'm from a Chinese family, my mum always makes these chinese soups with pork bone/meat, chinese roots, dried longans and dates etc... but I'm not sure how to log them on MFP.
Does anyone know how many calories 'leech' into the waters of soups? I don't actually eat the bones, meat etc. but it's obligatory for me to drink the soups before dinner when she makes them.
Help?

That sounds delicious! Can I have a recipe? (:
As for the broth itself, I'd count it as 10-15 calories per cup, which is usually the average for bone soups. If you're including the pork meat, perhaps estimate the amount of meat in the bowl. The dried longans and dates will probably be the most calorie dense ingredient; I would either pick those out or estimate the number of each which have gone into the soup.0 -
Just add each individual ingredient separately.0
