I'm not new to MFP, and have made great and supportive friends on here. :) I was just wondering if there were any fellow MFP'ers in Kentucky? I am actually in Northern KY on the cusp of Cincinnati OH but are there any fellow KY'ers here? :smile:

    I'm on the ky oh wv border in Ashland... for like another month then we are moving to OH.

    I live in Cincinnati, but am in N KY (Hebron/Florence area) a few times a week. I attend Melody's Boot Camp Fitness over there.

    Check out ...www.melodysbootcampfitness.com Most of the classes are held at Impact Life Ministries on Mall Road, or Idlewild Park, sometimes Hebron Lutheran Church. She has 3-4 classes a day on most days except Sunday.

    It's $5 a class or you can buy a punch ticket. She runs a Get Fit program twice a year, which is a weight loss challenge based program.

    If you check it out. I'm guessing you won't regret it. :)

    I live in Louisville, KY. I've lived here all my life. We just moved into a house this past August in the east end of town, which is nice. it's closer to work too. I'm 31, married with two kids. I've lost 38.6 pounds so far. Just 33 more pounds to go until I reach my goal! WoOt!
