any success with slimming world uk?

I'm moving back to the UK in about a months time and my daughter has asked me to go to Slimming World with her. She has lost over 1.5 stones already and finds it easy. Can I just ask people who have been members, did you find it helpful? Was it easy to follow as my daughter keeps mentioning syns (?!)

I lost almost 4 stone twice before when I joined slimming groups in the UK, and have been struggling so much on my own, even though I have a great help and support group of friends here on mfp, I still struggle, and I think being part of a weekly support weigh-in group will help me.

I'm just looking for feedback

I had success with avoiding Slimming World UK... and feel much better for it.
