Hi All, This is Venkat from India , Bangalore. I'm new to MFP and would like to be benefited from the discussions and also contribute to the experiences. I'm 42 years young work as a Project Manager in a IT service company. On a personal front i m married to Prema and we are both now turning to fitness

I had in the last 3 months focusing on my weight and health. I was a whooping 235 pounds and down to 210 pounds in three months. My ideal weight is 180 pounds in Feb 2015.
