I started my weight loss for health reasons. My senior year I was up to 135 pounds. I am 5'2 and 43 years old now. After a 17 year marriage, moving across the country and starting a new business all in 3 months... I had gained a lot of weight!! Stress took a till on me. I tipped the scale all the way to 188lbs!! I went to the hospital with stomach pains and feeling ill . I talked with my doctor and told him I need to change my life around. In just 3 months, I am down to 146 from 188.. I take multi vitamins and eat only fruit, salads, egg, chicken or turkey for every meal. All I did was cut out sugar , salt, red meat, bread and dairy. I have IBS and am lactose intolerant. I am 16 pounds to my goal weight. I am still losing about 1 pound a week it was a lifestyle change for the better. I am so much happier .. I went from a size 12 to a 5 I'm 3 months !! I loved shipping for new small clothes
