Weights with odd size hole

I hope someone can help. I inherited a bunch of weight plates, about a half dozen each of ten and twenty-five pounders, but the hole sizes are not standard, about 1-1/4 inches, or halfway between standard dumbbell and barbell sizes. I've scoured the internet without any luck to see if I can find an adapter to use these with dumbbells. Obviously they fit, but they rattle around, a lot, and was hoping someone made an adapter, or even a different size bar, for these.

Other than the odd size hole, they are standard plates.
