Hmm...I have the opposite reaction. I cut carbs out of my diet (except for non-starchy vegetables) for the most part and a lot of my depression went away immediately.
Agreed on the calorie front.

Thanks newmeadow, that does put things into perspetive. hasta_la_vista, i felt great on low carbs for the first several weeks. Maybe it's the Halloween candy that's doing it to me
