Hi i am new to this site and could do with support and friends.....deluding myself that my weight gain was to do with age.
Finding it difficult to change my eating habits any advice will be welcomed:flowerforyou:

    The easiest thing is the diary. Keep track of everything and try to stay under your calorie target. If you can't, you need to adjust. Find what it is that is tipping the scale and change/get rid of it! Good luck to you!
