I actually never use a spot as most of the lifts I could just bail out of. For bench press, I just use the roll of shame. Had to do it Tuesday as my last pause rep killed me. :sad:0 -
I dont actually know how to use the racks and cage. Ive only been doing it a couple of weeks though so I will learn it. Lol the roll of shame?
