Vaggetti now what?

I just bought a vaggetti (spiral slicer) and zucchini. How do I cook it? Eat it raw?

    Add good marinara to the zucchini... serve over pasta with a glass of wine

    Go to Pinterest, there are so many great recipes there. I love mine. I use the small end and make spaghetti sized and sauté with onion garlic and fresh Parmesan cheese. Sooo good. Good luck.also you can do a search on this site , I remember seeing a ton of recipes for it....

  • Vagetti LOL. Sorry. It's Friday and I've got a case of the giggles.

    I blanche the zucchini after spiralizing it, then drain and pan fry with my sauce, veggies, etc.

    Yeah I just bought one but keep forgetting to use it. Will have to get some carrots monday and make some carrot noodles, I dont like zucchini lol

    What else is good veg wise to be spiralised?

    Shouldn't it be veghetti?

    vag... LOL... I like to put light alfredo sauce or spagetti sauce on it after sauteeing for a few minutes.

    I didn't realize I had miss spelled it. Sometimes I type too fast for my own brain. Thanks for all the replies.

    I just spiralize the zucchini, plop it in a pan with a bit of olive oil, leave it to cook for 5 minutes, add some garlic powder, a bit of basil and parmesan.

    I just saute with some garlic and a little adobo seasoning salt and add turkey meatballs and no sugar added pasta sauce and parmasean cheese....or add a wedge of laughing cow a a touch of milk for a faux alfredo.
