Now, I want to go to the bed . tomorrow is the first day work here ! ( Saturday ) . so I don't want to eat anything until morning .

She posted it the same day he made the thread and it was after the fact he stated that he was going to bed soon. That was her reply to it. Not sure why though.0 -

I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and see no freaking reason to tear apart a lady who showed up here and volunteered some advice to someone that was asking for it, okay? is that okay with you? jesus freaking christ.0

I don't know how can lost 1.5 kg in 5 day ! I just got 1050 calories ( 150 calories less ! ) I drink 3 cups of coffee and lot of vegetables ( medium ) no red meat too . I hope I can lost 4 kg in a month . by the way , i drink 4 glass of water .0

Considering you only have 18 pounds to lose total, you should be focusing on half a pound a week. There's no way you will loose 8 pounds in a month unless you weigh closer to 300... It doesn't work that way.0

Thanks for your advice . I weighed myself on the day. This morning, I was 80.5 kg ( Istill lost 1.5 kg ) . I think end of the week I will loss 2 kg . my plan is , I should be 88 kg end of the month ( if I can ) I am carfull about my health. If I couldn't able to approach the goal I won't loss my hope !
