Should I increase my calorie intake?

I weight around 120 now. Anything below around 116 is too low for me. I still want to slim down, but I don't want to lose a ton of weight, or I'll be only 100 pounds. I'm 5'6", so I know that is underweight. I've started Julien's 30 Day Shred and there is some strength and weights in there. I'm not sure if MFP takes the strength part of her videos into account or not. I'm wondering if I can ignore the "in 5 weeks you'll weigh ___ lb" thing you see when you finish your journal entry because the strength part of her workout wasn't included or if I can increase my calorie intake to maintain my weight and still be able to slim down.
