:#:) I am starting a challange for all of my newbies to the work out world which is 100 crunches as well as a 100 squats a day. It do not matter the order you can break it up into sessions through out the day or night as long as it is within the day. Think it would be pretty cool for motivation for eachother as well as inspiration to each other. If you can do 100 then do 50 and bump it up as it get easier for you to do. Will be posting up before and after pictures.
