how many calories a minute can you burn doing cross fit. I don't see it on the exercises list of work outs. or are they one in the same.

I wear a HRM when I do an hour Crossfit class and I usually burn between 600 and 800 calories depending on what it's the workout.
  • I've done some short 20 minute crossfit workouts, but I prefer circuit training for the cardio and strength benefits, both burn a lot of calories, either way.

just estimate using their "circuit training" for the WoD's duration. be conservative on expenditure estimation and keep up with the Fork put-downs!

    good luck!

    Pretty much this....

Crossfit WODs are all different...there's no way you'll ever know exactly. It's all just an estimate anyway...just be conservative.
