I wish I could say that I knew what they were, but I honestly have no idea at all!
Any help is appreciated. Links, advice, etc. all is welcomed!

Macros are protein, carbohydrates and fat.

Carbohydrates (4 cals per gram)
Protein (4 calories per gram)
Fat (9 calories per gram)
All break down differently and perform a variety of functions on the body. (You hear about protein helping muscles a lot, but it helps other things, too.)
Micros are everything else, like Calcium, Vitamin D and zinc. They all serve their functions, too, but unless people find out they're low on something, nobody seems to care about the poor little micros.
